Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wedding Times website located at weddingtimes.in and all associated services, tools, and content (collectively, the "Service") provided by Wedding Times ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using our Service — including creating a cover, making a purchase, or simply browsing the website — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them along with our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else (for example, creating a cover as a gift), you represent that you have their permission to provide any content or photos used.
Our Service
Wedding Times is an online tool that allows users to create personalised, print-ready wedding magazine covers ("covers") by uploading a photograph and entering custom text such as names, wedding date, city and tagline. The completed cover is delivered as a high-resolution PDF file ("the File") available for immediate download after payment.
The Service includes:
- A live preview editor with 50+ design templates across 5 style categories
- Support for 12 different page sizes (A4, A3, A5, Square, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, and more)
- Customisable text sizes for names, masthead, tagline and metadata
- A watermarked live preview before purchase
- A watermark-free, high-resolution PDF download after payment
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes where possible.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The current price is ₹2999 per cover. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect a purchase already completed.
Payments are processed securely by SureCart. We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, net banking, and major digital wallets. We do not store your payment information — all card and banking data is handled entirely by SureCart and their payment partners.
Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a download screen where your watermark-free PDF is available. A confirmation of your purchase is recorded in your session. If you experience any issue with payment or download, contact us immediately at hello@weddingtimes.in.
Refund Policy
Because our product is a digital download delivered instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a PDF has been successfully generated and made available for download. This is consistent with standard digital goods policies under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India).
However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure — if your PDF was not generated due to a technical error on our end and you were unable to download your cover.
- Payment charged but no download — if your payment was successfully processed but you were not redirected to the download screen or the cover was not available.
- Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same cover.
To request a refund, please email hello@weddingtimes.in within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.
We do not offer refunds for: change of mind, selecting the wrong template or page size (these can be previewed for free before purchase), or dissatisfaction with the design when the template previewed accurately matched the final PDF.
Licence & Usage Rights
Upon completing a purchase and downloading your cover PDF, Wedding Times grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the File as follows:
- Print the cover for personal use at home or via a print shop
- Frame and display the cover in your home
- Share the cover digitally with friends and family
- Use the cover in your wedding album or scrapbook
- Post the cover on your personal social media accounts
- Print multiple copies for gifting to close family
- Resell or commercially distribute the cover or file
- Use the cover for any commercial advertising purpose
- Remove or alter the Wedding Times branding (if present)
- Share the watermarked preview as a final product
- Reverse-engineer or extract our template designs
- Use the cover in any way that violates applicable law

Your Content & Photo
You retain full ownership of the photograph and text content you submit to the cover creator ("Your Content"). By using our Service, you grant Wedding Times a limited, temporary, royalty-free licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of generating your cover PDF. This licence expires as soon as your session data is cleared (within 24 hours of purchase).
You represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, the photograph you upload.
- Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Your Content does not contain any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
- You have the consent of all identifiable persons appearing in the photograph to use their likeness in this context.
Wedding Times does not store your photographs on our servers. Your photo is processed locally in your browser and is only temporarily held in your browser's local storage during the payment handoff. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your photo is handled.
We reserve the right to refuse to generate a cover if, in our sole judgment, the submitted content is illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including submitting false payment information
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of Wedding Times or any third party
- Involves uploading photographs of minors without appropriate parental or guardian consent
- Involves photographs that are obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful or offensive
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Service, server, or database
- Involves using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access or extract content from our website
- Involves reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract our template source code or design assets
- Transmits any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempts to circumvent our watermarking system to obtain a watermark-free file without payment
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and, where appropriate, legal action.
Intellectual Property
The Wedding Times name, logo, website design, all 50+ cover templates, typography pairings, colour systems, layout structures, and all other content and materials on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Wedding Times and are protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our templates or design assets without our prior written consent. This applies even if the template is viewed in an unfinished or watermarked form.
The Wedding Times brand name and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by us, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
If you believe any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@weddingtimes.in with full details of your claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of any product, service, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the software will be corrected
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the cover creator produces high-quality, print-ready output. However, final print quality may vary based on the resolution of your uploaded photograph, the printer used, and the paper quality. We recommend using a photograph of at least 2000×3000 pixels for best results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wedding Times and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity
- Damage to your device or software resulting from use of the Service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in cover content that you provided
- Printing costs or losses resulting from poor print quality due to low-resolution photos
- Any third-party actions or content
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid for the specific cover purchase giving rise to the claim — i.e., ₹2999.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@weddingtimes.in. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly, and most issues can be resolved through a simple conversation.
If you are a consumer in India, you may also be entitled to use the Consumer Disputes Redressal platforms provided by the Government of India under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Post a notice on our website for at least 14 days following significant changes
- Where the changes materially affect your rights, notify newsletter subscribers by email
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Service.
